China Watertight Louver with Cover:

The louvers enter or exhaust through horizontal blades. The design of the grille prevents rainwater from entering the pipeline system. Seal the gap between the outer frame and the top wind blade to prevent rainwater from entering the pipeline system from above. Water droplets converge in the grooves in the leading edge of the wind blade. Then it flows to the groove and drips down through the groove.
