China TQF Stainles Steel PV Valve:

P/V Valve is the abbreviation of High Velocity Pressure Vacuum Relief Valve which is installed on the liquid cargo ship and provides automatic control of pressure difference during loading, voyage, ballasting and de-ballasting without manual operation. Furthermore, the high velocity valve provides active protection against fire and explosion on the deck. It is comprised of pressure valve and vacuum valve with flame screen.

The pressure or vacuum generated in the cargo tank is over the setting pressure, the pressure valve will exhaust automatically and the vacuum valve will inhale until the pressure difference between the outside and the inside of tank restores to the preset level.When the suction valve works, if the ignition occurs outisde the tank space, the flames will be quenched in the flame trap. When the vent valve works, if the ignition occurs outside the tank space, the flames will be quenched by the high velocity airflow from the vent valve.
