RSN-2500 Arc Stud Welding Machine Introduction
Arc stud welding machine is mainly used for cylinder head stud (without head) welding nail and nail shaped, welding diameter is 10-25mm.
The theory of arc stud welding machine is different from the capacitive storage one, without the capacity charging step, discharging through the welding power, the discharging time is controlled by the thyristor, and the time is 5-500ms.
More advanced control mode is to use SCM intelligent control, in order to accurately set and timely control welding process welding current, welding time and other parameters.
